Baku Business University carries out admission to doctoral studies in the following specialties in the field of "Economic Sciences" in accordance with the Plan, approved by the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan on December 20, 2017 No. 870:

- 5308.01 General Economics
- 5312.01 Sectoral economy
Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who have a higher education (graduated from the master’s level or equivalent education) can apply to the doctoral program on the basis of competition.
