Scientific Seminar Held on the Application of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Methods in the Labor Market
Within the framework of the cooperation memorandum signed between Baku Business University and the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, a Scientific Seminar and Master Class on the topic “Application of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence Methods in the Labor Market” was held on December 8, 2025.
During the event, issues related to the digital transformation of the labor market were discussed, including the role of big data and artificial intelligence technologies in vacancy analysis, identification of skill requirements, and forecasting future workforce needs.
The Scientific Seminar was conducted with a presentation by Shaiq Kazimov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, and was held in an interactive format with the participation of the academic staff and students of Baku Business University.
Such joint events contribute to strengthening cooperation between universities and government institutions, as well as helping students acquire knowledge and skills aligned with the modern requirements of the labor market.
