Baku Business University Hosted an Information Session for Academic Staff within the ENGAGE Erasmus+ Project

Baku Business University organized an information session for academic staff within the framework of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project “Enhancing Sustainable Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Higher Education of Azerbaijan (ENGAGE)”.
The event aimed to introduce the objectives of the ENGAGE project, its work packages, expected outcomes, and the role of academic staff in strengthening entrepreneurship education and innovation within higher education institutions.
During the session, participants received detailed information about the project activities, international cooperation opportunities, and the expected institutional impact of ENGAGE. Special attention was given to the integration of entrepreneurship competencies into university curricula, innovative teaching methodologies, and the experiences of European partner universities in developing entrepreneurial ecosystems.
The participants actively engaged in discussions on how academic staff can contribute to fostering entrepreneurial thinking among students and support the sustainable implementation of project outcomes at the institutional level.
The session concluded with an open discussion on future project activities and opportunities for staff participation in upcoming trainings and international cooperation initiatives.
