On May 26-29, Azerbaijan will host the Teknofest Azerbaijan festival on the basis of Teknofest, Turkey's largest technology festival. The festival will include competitions among young people in various categories. The exhibition part of the event will feature products and solutions of partner organizations, as well as prototypes and STEAM projects developed by young people, and an exhibition of unmanned aerial vehicles and helicopters in an open-air static area.
The competition in the Baku Skills category, held as part of the Technofest Azerbaijan event, is organized by the STEAM Azerbaijan project with the support of the Ministry of Education and the Institute of Education. The Baku Skills competition, which aims to improve participants' skills in using 3D printing technology, consists of two parts - "A" category for schoolchildren and "B" category for students.
The minimum number of teams for the Baku Skills competition for students has been determined. We ask you to help actively involve the students of the university you represent in this competition. You are also requested to provide a demonstration of prototypes and STEM projects developed by your students at the exhibition during the festival.
In order to conduct an active campaign, you are asked to ensure the promotion of the competition on the social media pages and other communication channels of the university you represent.
The competition is mainly intended for students interested in ICT, engineering, business, innovation, STEAM, startups. The deadline for registration for the competition is February 17, 2022.
