Attention Students Admitted to Baku Business University!

Welcome to Baku Business University!

We are delighted to welcome you to our University’s large community.

Registration for students admitted to the University will be carried out exclusively online through the my.gov.az portal from August 28 until September 8 at 18:00.

For online registration:

1. Go to the my.gov.az portal;
2. Log in to your personal account using mygov ID;
3. Go to the “Services” section;
4. Select the Ministry of Science and Education from the “Institutions” category;
5. Select the service “Registration of Students at Higher and Secondary Specialized Education Institutions”;
6. Check your information and complete the registration process.

Students who experience difficulties with electronic registration may collect the required documents and apply to the Registration Center operating at Baku Business University.

Registration Center working hours:

• August 28 – September 8
• Weekdays: 10:00–17:00
• Weekends: 10:00–16:00

Documents required for registration at the University

For applicants:

• Certificate of completion of secondary education (attestat);
• Original and copy of the identity card;
• 6 color photographs (3×4 cm);
• Medical certificate;
• For male students: original and copy of the military ID or conscription certificate;
• Tuition fee (full or partial payment).

For sub-bachelor degree holders:

• Document confirming completion of secondary specialized education (diploma and diploma supplement) or a certificate issued in lieu of a diploma;
• Original and copy of the identity card;
• 6 color photographs (3×4 cm);
• Medical certificate;
• For male students: original and copy of the military ID or conscription certificate;
• Tuition fee (full or partial payment).
